Browser Requirements.
To make purchases online from this Site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer. We test our site on new versions of browsers and do our best to offer optimal experience on the latest versions of all browsers & platforms. Our site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0. If you are using AOL and you are experiencing problems, try using Internet Explorer on your computer while connected to AOL.

Product Pricing.
Product pricing subject to change without notice. Consumers and trade account clientele will be charged prices in effect at the time of invoicing.

Minimum Orders.
Consumer accounts have no minimum product orders requirements. Certain product orders for trade accounts will be restricted to packaging requirements. Occasionally certain handling fees will apply to orders less than $25.00 in value.

Should you not have proper browser requirements or simply prefer to order products via one of our sales representatives please telephone us at 1.877.922.ATOM (2866) or email our customer service representatives and request that a sales representative contact you. We also accept faxed orders at 480.558.7070 and product order forms can be requested to ensure accuracy of data transmitted.

Payment Terms.
If you have any questions regarding our payment terms, please contact our credit department at 877.922.ATOM (2866) between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (MST) Monday thru Friday excluding public holidays.

1. Credit Cards.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of credit card payment for products ordered directly online.  If a credit card is used to clear an open balance on a Terms Trade Account, a 3% cash discount loss will be added prior to posting.

2. Terms.
Open terms are granted only for trade clientele following the approval of an extensive account application submitted to our credit department. Industry trade professionals are invited to apply for an Atom Lighting Trade Account by visiting the Trade Account Application page of this Site. Within this application you may request "Terms" as your preferred payment option. Note that a service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance beyond established terms (typically - Net 15). Atom Lighting Inc. reserves the right to revoke open terms at any time.

3. Returned Checks
.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks regardless of the reason for trade clientele who issue a non-negotiable check as form of payment on a Terms account. A 10% late fee will also be charged to each order which is paid with a non-negotiable check. Trade Accounts may further be cancelled after the third occurrence of a returned check.

Consumers who wish not to make a credit card transaction can request a prepayment cash order be arranged by contacting one of our customer service representatives at 877.922.ATOM (2866).

Trade clientele requesting tax exempt orders must submit a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and a copy of your state and city tax licenses prior to shipment of your first order.

Sales Tax.
We are required to collect sales tax for sales to the following states: AZ. States with an asterisk require tax on all delivery charges as well. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is charged.

Shipping Address.
Product orders can not be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical address must be provided for all online orders. Orders requesting palletized delivery must have a loading dock or forklift availability upon time of delivery. Standby charges will be incurred should a palletized order need to be broken-down in order to unload.

Shipping Details.
All non-palletized orders placed online before 8:00 am (MST) Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day utilizing the customer specified shipping carrier selections. Orders received after 8:00 am will be shipped the following business day. All palletized orders will ship within 2 business days of receiving the order.

We understand that occasionally customers may need to place an order after 8:00 am for immediate (same day) shipment. Please select "rush shipment" online or contact one of our customer service representatives at 877.922.ATOM (2866) and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Note that orders requested for immediate (same day) shipment will incur a 5% premium fee per order.

As many of our product items are large in size and heavy in weight all items ordered may not arrive in the same box and may further arrive at different times. Some orders may also be received via several different shipping methods (i.e. palletized goods, parcel items, etc).

Note that Atom Lighting Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the shipper in the delivery or shipment of goods and/or for any damages incurred by reason of such delay.

Standard shipping will apply as follows:

1. Parcel shipments.
Unless specified otherwise all parcel shipments (0 – 150 pounds) will be forwarded to customers utilizing FedEx Ground parcel service. All parcel shipping fees are calculated based on packaging specifications and current advertised FedEx rates and/or a minimum charge of $7.00 per retail parcel shipment or $14.00 per bulk parcel shipment.

2. Palletized freight shipments.
Unless specified otherwise all palletized freight shipments (150+ pounds) will be forwarded to customers utilizing FedEx Freight service. All freight fees are calculated based on pallet specifications and current advertised FedEx rates.

3. Freight On Board shipments.
No shipping charges will apply for FOB orders.

Local Pick-Up Orders.
Please allow a minimum of two hours for the processing of all local pick-up orders. We will make every effort to accommodate request for local rush orders. Orders not picked up within five working days of order date will be considered canceled, the goods returned to our stock and a re-stocking fee of 15% or $7.00, whichever is greater will be assessed to the customer.

Local Pick-Up Customer Service Hours.
Atom Lighting Inc. warehouse representatives are available to assist you with your local pick-up orders between the hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (MST) Monday thru Friday and excluding public holidays.

Change or Cancel an Existing Order.
To make a change or cancel an existing order, please contact customer service at 877.922.ATOM (2866).

Email Order Confirmation.
If you provided your email address when placing your online order we will forward you an order confirmation within 24 hours. Once the product has left our warehouse you will receive email notification of order shipment along with tracking number when available.

Order Status.

Your online order becomes available for online status-tracking approximately 24 - 48 hours after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Previous Order History page and selecting the desired shipment.  You will need to know your order number and will need to be signed into your account to use this service. Alternatively, you can reach our service representatives at 877.922.ATOM (2866) between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (MST) Monday thru Friday and excluding public holidays and ask for your order status.

Unused Product.
Atom Lighting Inc. has no obligation to purchase back unused product. All product return requests due to non use will need to be authorized by one of our customer service representatives.

Product Warranty.
Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. All Atom Lighting Inc. products are thoroughly inspected by our technicians prior to packaging to ensure our product is of the highest quality. If a warrantable defect does occur, please return the product to the place of purchase or follow our factory return policy below. Upon verification of a warrantable defect by our service representatives and/or an authorized distributor a repair will be made to the product or a replacement product supplied at no additional cost. Refunds can also be requested. All claims after one year must be directed to our corporate office by calling 877.922.ATOM (2866). For additional warranty inquires please contact your local distributor and/or one of our customer representatives.

  NOTE:
Atom Lighting Inc does not warrant lamps or lenses.
Atom Lighting Inc. cannot be responsible for loss or damage from improper use of the product.
Atom Lighting Inc. recommends using a licensed contractor for the installation of our products.
DO NOT operate any products which appear to have missing or damaged components.

Return Policy.
We are proud of our products and want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase within the 30 days of receipt, simply return the product item(s) in its original packaging in exchange for credit against other Atom Lighting products or for a purchase refund. Items that have been installed, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Factory product returns are easy:

1. Obtain a product Return Authorization Code from Atom Lighting Inc.
All product returned to the factory requires prior notification and a return shipment authorization code.  If you wish to return a product item(s), you must complete a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form to receive this factory issued code.  This form is available as a PDF file online and is located within the contact page of this Site.  Please be sure that you indicate whether you would like to receive a replacement product exchange or a purchase credit. You may also phone customer service at 877.922.ATOM (2866) or email us further product return questions and/or explanation.

2. Package the returned product securely.
The returned product item(s) must be new, unused condition and must include all of its original packaging and any additional materials included with the original package (excluding any and all marketing literature, product promotions and brochures). Please ensure that you have wrapped your returned product item(s) carefully and have securely sealed the entire package.

3. Clearly write the Return Authorization Code on your shipping form.

Once obtained, be sure to include the Return Authorization Code supplied by Atom Lighting Inc. on the shipping form provided by your shipping service. We also recommend writing the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package(s). Note that your returned product item(s) can not be accepted without a Return Authorization Code clearly identified.

4. Ship the returned product item(s) with a reliable shipping service.
For your protection, Atom Lighting Inc. strongly recommends that you use a shipping service that will insure the full value of your returned product item(s). Please confirm with your shipping service that you are insured for the full value of the item(s) that you are returning. Atom Lighting Inc. is not responsible for shipping your returned product item(s) and/or any lost, stolen, mislabeled or damaged shipments.

Refunds.
Atom Lighting, Inc. will notify you via e-mail when we have received your returned product package(s). A customer service representative will then schedule inspection of the shipment and verified the condition of your returned product item(s). Once the service representative has approved the returned product item(s) for a refund your credit card will be immediately refunded the original purchase price (less shipping, duties & taxes if applicable and $7.00 for processing). Please note that this process may take as long as 10 working days following the arrival of your package(s).

Product Safety Precautions.

WARNING! Many Atom Lighting, Inc. products become extremely hot shortly after power activation. To reduce the risk of personal injury, never touch a hot fixture, lens, lamp, power supply, etc. while the component is operational. Prevent skin from coming in direct contact with any portion of an operational lighting system component and avoid prolonged heat exposure radiating from an illuminated lamp. Never look directly at the filament of an operational lamp to prevent eye injury. Always allow each lighting system component ample time for cooling prior to handling. If a serious burn occurs to the skin or eyes consult a physician immediately. CAUTION: Disconnect all power supplies before servicing any lighting system component. Atom Lighting Inc. products are intended for outdoor use only. Keep all lighting system components away from excess landscape debris, maintenance clippings and all other flammable materials. Lighting system components not to be installed within 10 feet (1.52m) of a pool, spa or fountain. Always adhere to product lamp wattage and amperage specifications for proper component operation.
